Our integrated CMBS library helps you identify comparable properties.

Access CMBS Comps

Click the CMBS Data tab and the Comp Search sublink.

Search for comps

1. To search for comps near a specific location, enter that location’s address.

2. Enter filters for distance, property type and note status.

3. Click the Search button.

The page will list matching properties.

1. If you want to compare properties, click their checkboxes. You may select as many properties as you like.

2. Click the Compare button.

When the page refreshes, you can see 1) a comparison of the deals and 2) a map of the properties. Pretty sweet.
