We’re excited to announce our first college securitization analysis contest. Model your chosen securitization using our data and tools — and win $2,500.

Who We Are

CMBS.com has been a leader in the technology sector of commercial real estate for the past decade. Our enterprise software and data is used by B Piece buyers and rating agencies to model, track and manage securitizations.

This year, we are making our software available to all students for free. We hope to teach people about CMBS and show how property performance affects the value of bonds.

Using our software and data, you will be given the tools to analyze and predict the performance of your chosen securitization. We hope to expose the next generation of CRE experts to the power of online deal modeling, while expanding their grasp on the complex world of loans, bonds and how the two are related through securitization.

The winners will be chosen based on the quality of their analyses of their chosen securitizations.

First place: $1,500
Second place: $750
Third place: $250

The contest begins Oct. 1, 2018 and ends Dec. 1, 2018.
