CMSA also has finalized the details for a special Investor Reporting Package Discussion Group that will take place on Monday June 8, from 1:15 to 2:15 p.m. The IRP Discussion is a not-to-be-missed program for servicer CEO’s, investors, rating agencies and data providers.
Topics covered during this session include:
- Investor reporting elements: Do reporting elements create confidentiality issues for servicers? Can Excel-based files’ delivery mechanism be used to deliver this information?
- What’s more cost-effective, collateral information in XML while delivering the remainder in Excel?
- Enhancing reporting standards to meet investors’ growing needs. Are we transparent?
- Is XML the most effective way to address “transparency,” or does Excel suffice? (You know what I think! — Jim)
